Group Activities

The group aerobic classes are a great way to reach your fitness goals. Here you will meet experienced instructors, excellent facilities and supporters who will make classes fun and engaging. Most of the activities includes 50-10 minute warm-up exercises for the abdominal muscles, stretching and five minutes relaxation .

You can choose between boxing, yoga, cross fit, spinning, water aerobics, Cango jumps, salsa and more.
