Due to the announced state of emergency as of 13.03.2020 in Republic Bulgaria till 13.04 and an order issued by the Minister of Health from 13.03 valid until 29.03, all events in catering establishments, bars, discos, conferences are prohibited.
Hotel Marinela works in strict compliance with the requirements of the Health Inspectorate and the Crisis Staff regarding disinfection, room ventilation, and servicing.
Sakura Lobby Bar, Ambassador Restaurant, Spa, Megami Disco, and all other establishments at the Marinela Hotel Complex remain closed until further notice.

At Hotel Marinela Sofia, the safety and health of our guests has always been a priority. As a result of the official travel advise about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we confirm flexible cancellation conditions for all bookings if the guests are unable to travel to or to stay with us. Guests travelling until April, 13th will be able to change or cancel a booking reservation without a fee. This applies to bookings made directly through the hotel or at www.hotel-marinela.com. As it has always been, we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Further to these, we have introduced extended measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

·         Hand disinfectors are provided at all public areas of the property, in addition to hand sanitation installed in all public toilets and washrooms at the hotel; 

·         We are increasing the frequency with which our sanitary facilities are disinfected.

·         We are continuing to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current safety recommendations.

Please be assured that our teams provide a constant monitoring of the situation and currently operation is running as normal. Should there be any changes to the current status, we will take account of any recommendations from the health authorities, and implement all appropriate instructions.
